130762 Erte (Romain de Tirtoff) Juno Necklace/Brooch (State III) 16" necklace approx 14k gold, diamonds, and blue sapphires. Signed. The center section may be removed and worn as a brooch. Erte created his "The Chaste Susanna" design for a 1917 Harper's Bazaar cover. In 1980, it was translated into a serigraph of the same name. The bird that glides across the lower half of this image is the inspiration for the "Juno" design.
