Features sterling silver, 14k gold, diamonds, onyx background and mother-of-pearl face indicative of the first state. Accompanied by a princess length pearled glass strand. Signed in the casting with Erte's authorized signature. From the edition of 500. "Based on an Erte print called 'Flames of Love' (Erte at Ninety). It is very much of the 1920's in the style of the headdress and the idealized elongated neck, but it also evokes the feeling of classical jewelry designs and the Renaissance works which they inspired" (Erte Art to Wear: The Complete Jewelry, p. 62).
