130760 Erte (Romain de Tirtoff) Mouvement Earrings (State II) 6 3/4" length Sterling silver, black onyx, and coral earrings. The "Mouvement" design was first used by Erte for a series of 1924 fashion drawings. This work was essential in Art Deco design, created a year before the famous 1925 'Exposition des Arts Decoratifs et Industriels Modernes' opened in Paris and officially dated the Art Deco Movement.
