210942 Erte ( Romain De Tirtoff ) Study for a Ring 1980s 11'' x 8 1/2'' Mixed media with gouache and colored pencil on vellum. Signed in ink lower right. A study for a ring intended to be made of onyx or Mother of Pearl and accented with diamond bands. This original work is accompanied by a copy of the book "Erte: Art to Wear: The Complete Jewelry", 1991 (L15019), with the introduction by Louis Zara and forewords by Jack Solomon, Natalie Kane O'Keiff, and Eric Estorick. Published by Dutton Studio Books, New York.
