One of twelve lithographs from ``Douze Lithographies Originales de Pierre-Auguste Renoir'', an album commissioned and published by Ambroise Vollard in 1919. From the edition of 1000. Printed by Auguste Clot, Paris. Henri Petiet, was one of the most important art dealers of the post war years. He acquired the estate of Ambroise Vollard, the dealer who gave Cezanne his first exhibition, bought Picasso's first paintings when he arrived in Paris, and was active in publishing graphic works by many of the masters of the early 20th Century. He published twelve lithographs of Renoir in a suite which became known as the Vollard Suite.
